Success Through Leverage | People. Tools. Systems.

Does this sound familiar?

  • The decision could have been made without you, and it still landed on your desk.
  • "Quick question" has quietly become the most expensive phrase in your business.
  • You hired good people, and you are still the one holding it together.
  • You have managers, and too much of the momentum still runs through you.
  • Vacation turned out to be your business with worse wifi.
  • Growth was supposed to create freedom. So far it has mostly created complexity.
  • You have the ideas, the notes, and the books. Implementation is the part that keeps slipping.

None of this means you built the wrong business. It means you have outgrown the way it currently runs.

The real constraint

The constraint is not your effort. It is how much depends on you.

You did not get here by avoiding hard work. Effort is the one thing you have never been short on. That is exactly why more of it will not produce the next stage.

The organizations that keep growing are not led by people who work more hours. They are led by people who build capacity around themselves: leaders who take real ownership, tools that multiply what their people can do, and systems that hold the standard whether the owner is in the room or not.

That capacity is leverage, and leverage does not happen on its own. It gets built on purpose.

This is not about becoming less involved. It is about becoming involved where you create the greatest value.

The next stage of growth is not more effort. It is more leadership leverage.

The Locker Room

The Leadership Group

The best teams do not win because they never leave the field. They win because they come into the locker room, look at what actually happened, say the honest thing, adjust, commit, and go back out and execute.

That is what this is.

The Leadership Group is an ongoing working CEO Advisory Board for real estate leaders who are running organizations, not just personal production. Brokerage owners, large team owners, and expansion leaders sit in the same room and work on the real decisions in front of them, with peers who understand the weight of the seat and a coach who has held it.

It is not a course. It is not a cohort you finish. It is not a generic mastermind. It is the room you belong to while you build.

What happens in The Locker Room should change what happens on the field.

The work

What changes inside the group

01

Stronger people and leaders

Your team stops waiting for you. Leaders develop enough judgment and ownership to carry real decisions.

02

Clearer roles and accountability

Who owns what, what good looks like, and what happens when it slips. Defined once, held consistently.

03

More consistent execution

Good ideas stop dying between meetings. Commitments get made in the room and reported back in the room.

04

Real leverage through people, tools, and systems

Capacity that does not require another hour from you.

05

Progress across GPPR

Growth, Productivity, Profitability, and Retention, tracked as the health of the organization rather than a single number.

06

Higher value involvement for you

Less time in the work anyone could do, more time in the work only you can do.

The ongoing experience

How the Leadership Group works

Weekly 60-minute Zoom

A consistent working session with your peers. Focused, candid, and built around what is actually in front of you this week.

Real problems, real feedback

Hot seats and peer insight on your actual business. You bring the situation, the room works it with you.

Commitments and accountability

You leave with a commitment. You come back and report on it. That loop is where the change happens.

Your own continuous 12-week execution cycles

Every member runs their own 12-week execution cycle built around their priorities, goals, and opportunities. Your cycle starts when you join. Members are not synchronized.

Quarterly individual CEO conversation

A private one on one with Brent to step back, look at the whole organization, and set direction.

Rolling enrollment

You do not wait for a start date. When you are accepted, you begin.

Inside the Leadership Group

Leadership TRACK

The Leadership Group is where you belong. Leadership TRACK is structured development you periodically experience within it.

Leadership TRACK is a structured 12-session leadership and leverage experience offered periodically inside the Leadership Group. It does not replace the ongoing advisory board and it does not turn your membership into a cohort. It is a focused stretch of applied development, organized around the Three Keys to Leverage, that you take straight back into your organization.

Three Keys to Leverage

01

PEOPLE

Sessions 1 to 4

Build stronger leaders, clearer roles, greater ownership, better delegation, and real accountability.

02

TOOLS

Sessions 5 to 8

Use AI, technology, automation, communication, productivity, and documentation tools to multiply what your people can do and remove unnecessary work.

03

SYSTEMS

Sessions 9 to 12

Turn what works into repeatable processes, workflows, documentation, and operating systems so the organization executes consistently.

Expected areas of development

  • Build stronger people and leaders who can assume greater ownership
  • Clarify roles, responsibilities, and accountability
  • Delegate decisions and responsibilities more effectively
  • Use AI, technology, and other tools to increase organizational capacity
  • Turn effective practices into documented, repeatable systems
  • Reduce unnecessary dependence on the owner or team leader
  • Create stronger alignment between people, tools, and systems
  • Grow the organization's capacity to execute without a proportional increase in your personal effort
  • Spend more of your time where your leadership creates the greatest value

These are intended areas of development and expected benefits, not guaranteed outcomes.

Leadership TRACK is planned twice annually. Delivery details are communicated to members for each Leadership TRACK experience.

Two different twelves, and they are not the same thing.

Your individual 12-week execution cycle is continuous and personal. It begins when you join and it is built around your priorities. Leadership TRACK is a separate periodic 12-session experience organized around People, Tools, and Systems. Leadership Group enrollment stays rolling either way.

Who this is built for

This is a strong fit if you

  • Lead an organization rather than only your own production
  • Own a brokerage, lead a large team, or run an expansion, in any structure, independent or franchise
  • Have employees or administrative staff
  • Have meaningful leadership responsibility beyond yourself
  • Believe your next stage of growth has to come from leadership and leverage
  • Are willing to implement between meetings and be held to what you commit to
  • Want to reduce how much of your organization unnecessarily depends on you

This is not the right room if you

  • Are a solo producer focused on personal production
  • Are in survival mode and need immediate transaction volume first
  • Want to listen and collect ideas without implementing
  • Are not in a position to contribute to the other leaders in the room
  • Are looking for a course to complete rather than a group to belong to

There is no published production threshold. The application is what determines fit.
